Leader of the TRS distributed to the coolie workers of Warangal
Mattewada (Warangal), October 3: As the KCR Chief Minister was about to announce the national party, TRS leader Rajanla Srihari organized an innovative program in Warangal. As KCR was about to launch its national holiday on the day of the Dussehra festival, Sriharihmali workers received free boiled chicken and a quarter bottle of IB whisky. It went viral on social media. A KCR and KTR cutout was set up in Warangal Square and around 200 people were given a chicken and a quarter of medicine to porters. Speaking on the occasion, Srihari said he had organized this event as a national party in the upcoming elections, to make KCR the prime minister and KTR the CM. Dussehra in Telangana is a gathering of festivities and entertainment, and the festival cannot take place without medicine and meat. This is why he said he distributed chickens and quarters of medicine with his own money to porters who could not afford the expense. In the meantime, opinions differ on the program organized by Srihari. While many people pointed out that it was not appropriate to hand out medicine bottles in public, the coolies who received one and a half kilograms of chicken and a quarter bottle of IB thanked Srihari. Srihari, who has been in Congress for a long time, joined the TRS ahead of the 2018 elections. He was known as a distinct leader in Warangal with innovative protests and programs from the start. He also worked as a director of ‘SAP’ during the Congress regime.
